James S. Bailey, Jr. has practiced real estate law in Colorado since 1971 and serves as President & Attorney at Bailey & Peterson, P.C., the firm he founded in 1992. With an AV Preeminent 5.0 rating from Martindale-Hubbell, he brings unparalleled expertise in complex real estate transactions, land use matters, and special district representation. James earned his Ph.D. and J.D. from the University of North Dakota, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Matthew Taylor
Matthew Taylor serves as Associate Attorney at Bailey & Peterson, P.C., providing comprehensive legal counsel across diverse real estate matters.
